In our plant precious fibers are combed in outsourcing. The unprocessed raw material arrives at our plant in bales where is is stored and afterwards, according to productive needs is taken to be processed. After opening the bales , the staple fiber goes through a bale opener and is sent on along the processing phase including actual carding and combing. Once this step has been completed the combed ribbon (tops) is obtained which is made into bumps and packed. A by-product known as noils is pressed and packaged. Both these products are put in the finished product warehouse ready to be claimed by our customers.
